Todae went for job training at ACI pte ltd.
The environment is very great, just a few hours and the new batch became like brothers together. Furthermore, I love how the way things worked there.
The Leader-in-charge, is friendly i would say. A Confident Young Man, A Successor.
But most of all, he changed my mindset about business. I thought IT courses was the only course that i'm interested at but he changed my mindset and i really loved business.
It might be hard for a newcomer like me but that's where effort comes into place. With Effort, I believe that we can achieve our dreams. Dreams may be simple for now, but as we go along in our life's journey, u'll have bigger goals and dreams.
I really loved the job. But...
I went home,feeling confident for the next day, but it ended in despair. My Dad asked me about the job, and i told him. Suddenly he said, if no basic pay, then there's no meaning in working there. 'Dun waste your time. Look at the others, telemarketing jobs made them a failure. Don't be !Stupid! to waste ur time there just for a fren.' They made it like, doing business will only result in failures.
I wanted that job, but since my parents are against it, i can't do anything. And To SAY that i'm stupid, that's a bit too much tho but yes i know, i won't go against my responsiblities. Respect the elders. However, things went so terrible that i cried, fighting against my rights. It seems like I have to LIVE under their orders. No future will awaits me. I wanted to do what i wanna do but they denied me from doing it. I've never felt so miserable before.
My mind was filled with countless thoughts and imaginations. One of them was "Am i even accepted as a family member". I was alone. Felt like running away but i didn't want to. I don't want to run away again, it's pointless. Only weaklings run away. I msged my mum, telling her about how i was feeling. And i received a reply...i was not alone. My Mum's there.
It felt terrible to be denied of chosing ur own path to the future. By Following the older generations mindset, one will never survive in the future. Just by working in some company, you will only be stuck in that position. Business... Maybe that's just what I ought to research now. Dad, no matter how Stupid I am, i wont be so stupid as to not give my future son any chance. I'd Support them. I'm disappointed.
